Athena enjoyed her first weeks around hogwarts. She had met some people and most of the people from her house were great. She remembered Evelyn talking about her roommates and she had most of her friends from different houses. To Athena that seemed strange right now. She had lovely roommates and the people from their house seemed great. But people their point of views were different ofcourse. Athena believed Evelyn when she said her roommates weren't that amazing. It was amazing to have a cousin as a prefect. Now Evelyn could not become crazy with all the questions she fired. Now it was her job to help her. But Athena didn't want to interrupt her cousin all the time. Only when she really needed help. Her fear of the unknown went away after meeting Mazikeen. They both couldn't sleep their first night, so it was nice to spend time with someone else. Athena didn't need to worry about stuff. She was a real overthinker and while lying in bed after a day, she could only think about stuff that happend. But she had to accept that it was sometimes good to reflect about yourself.

The blonde had heard of a lounge for students so she was on her way to see it. Evelyn had met one of her best friends there and perhaps for Athena that could also work. It seemed like a place where people came together and they could do fun stuff or talk about everything that seemed nice. Athena pushed the door open and noticed a lot of students were inside. She closed the door after her and walked a bit further. She wasn't scared of talking to people so she scanned the room and found a free spot at a bench. The blonde went sitting down and smiled at some people that were sitting nearby.

Zennon would've been perfectly happy to spend all day in the common room if it weren't for the complete lack of anything to do. It was like every Slytherin in the school had decided to stay in today, because there was barely anywhere to sit, let alone read or talk to someone. Zennon was a sociable person by nature, he wasn't accustomed to being on his own, but he also didn't like to be crowded, he preferred to have his own space and the common room wasn't quiet enough to allow that. Telling his cousin that he was going to look for something more interesting to do, Zennon headed to the only other place in the school he knew would have people in it. He'd met Jacob here before and that had gone incredibly weirdly, but it had been fun none-the-less. Though he didn't think he'd be in that situation again soon. The Student Lounge was a great place to meet up and talk about whatever so he was sure it would allow him the socialising he always craved. He was a very affectionate person generally, as long as you didn't start asking him personal questions, he'd like anyone.

He'd only been sitting on one of the benches for a short time, chatting to a random student he didn't know when they were joined by someone else. He'd become tired of the conversation with the other person and so jumped at the interaction with someone who looked like she was his own age. He held his hand out to the blonde with a grin. "Hi, I'm Zennon, I think I've seen you in classes before." He said, noticing immediately that she was smiling at people. She seemed to be just as social as he was, which was great, because some of the people in this room were horrible conversationalists.

Diana had a new mission at Hogwarts: making some friends. Unfortunately the girl had been a lot better at making enemies so far, and it was starting to be noticeable. The only girl she hung out with occasionally was her dorm mate Domi, but she couldn't just hang around one girl like a loser. Especially since Domi started to get on her nerves after being in her company for more than fifteen minutes. Out of the different places at Hogwarts, she figured the student lounge was a good place to meet people outside her own house. She headed inside and paused near the door, scanning the room for anyone her own age. Her gaze soon fell on a boy and a girl talking to each other on a bench, and after watching them for a moment she headed over. They were familiar, and she was sure they had shared classes before. The boy was in her own house, but the girl was in Gryffindor like Rose. Perhaps that would mean she wouldn't be the worst to talk to. She gave the two a smile as she approached. "Hi, can I sit with you guys?" She asked, glancing at the empty space on the other side of the girl. "Most other people here seem kind of boring."

Zennon was beginning to think that the Student Lounge was becoming 'his place' considering most of the people he had met this year and properly started talking to he had met in the Student lounge. It came to his attention that he probably needed to find another area though as most of the people around here seemed to be the same kind of people. He turned from the girl he introduced himself to when another made her way over. Zennon smiled at the fellow Slytherin and gestured to the seat beside the blonde he was currently making friends with. "Boring people are the worst, please feel free!" Zennon tried to make sure that he was never boring, after all, he had a reputation to uphold that didn't necessarily allow him to be around boring people. Especially older boring people. "I'm Zennon by the way." He smiled, he was pretty sure she had been at the meeting, though of course he did not know her name. As a Slytherin though, he figured he should at least be on a name basis with the people in his house, especially if they were in the same year as him.

The blonde heard of this place and what Evelyn said was true. Before she knew it a boy came to her and introduced himself. He seemed kind of cute and around the same age as she was. But still it was always hard to know. Some people were just short or very tall for their age. Athena smiled at the boy and shook his hand. His name was Zennon and the blonde thought that was a cool name. He had seen her before,, so perhaps she was doing a good job after all. Just be yourself Evelyn said and than things were be alright. '' Hi Zennon. Nice to meet you! I'm Athena. I think I saw you too, but not sure there are so many students here.'' The blonde said with a smile. She was about to ask him how he thought of Hogwarts so far but later on a girl showed up and asked if she could sit with them. Athena was fine with that. The more people the better she figured. The most people seemed boring the girl said. Athena smiled for a moment. She didn't really noticed that, but perhaps it was like that. '' Sure no problem. I'm Athena and who are you?'' the blonde asked to the other girl with the dark hair. The first impression Athena got was that the girl wasn't the most excited one. But that was only a first impression, they could change.

Diana idly wondered if she was interrupting something between the two other first years, but didn't really care. She needed to create some new contacts in the school and this was as good a time as any. She smiled at Zennon when he said boring people were the worst, as she agreed with that statement. Then she turned to the girl that introduced herself as Athena. Her response was definitely a little more boring, but Diana wasn't going to show that she thought so. "It's nice to meet you both." She said confidently as she took a seat next to the blonde. "So, what were you two talking about?" She asked innocently, wondering if she would figure out anything interesting about the two by asking them about the topic of conversation.

Zennon nodded at Athena as she mentioned how many students there were. He totally agreed. It was crazy how many people they could fit in these walls. Honestly Zennon had to wonder if the reason their dorms were often so packed was because they ran out of places for them to sleep. That would be almost funny if it were true. "I keep asking myself if I've ever going to remember everyone's name. We're going to meet so many people, all the classes and everything, it's going to be pretty crazy is all I can say about that." He looked at his fellow Slytherin as she took a seat by Athena and shrugged. "Nothing yet, I just got here when you showed up. Mostly about how many people are in the school and how many names we're going to have to remember." He said shaking his head. "It's honestly a good thing I'm so good with names." He noted that she hadn't introduced himself and leaned around Athena to hold his hand out to the brunette. "Sorry, what did you say your name was?"
