Octavia had been reflecting on where she wanted to go now that she had chosen her career path, in some way. It was a starting point and she really wanted to travel the world but she knew her parents weren't too keen on her travelling by herself. They were really overprotective sometimes. Octavia doodled in her notebook, waiting to pick up her sister from school. Artemis was still young, she still had a year until she would go to Hogwarts in New Zealand and follow in Hera's footsteps. Octavia briefly wondered if Thalia and Marina also wanted to go there instead of Beauxbatons. It was already planned that the oldest would go to New Zealand with Artemis next year and rent a house or even buy one so that Octavia could act as her sisters' guardian while her parents stayed and worked in France.
That night, when Artemis and the youngest two were finally asleep, she got ready and locked the front door with the key - since she lived in a muggle neighbourhood, she didn't want anyone to see her using her wand. Of course, the next magical house wasn't too far from hers, but Octavia wasn't about to risk anything. Her parents were soon going to be home though so the girl didn't need to worry too much about her sisters waking up or needing something. She also knew Artemis was an intelligent girl. She entered a pub she'd recently been attracted to, it was a good place to go to when she needed to relax a little. People didn't bother her and the music here was amazing. "Bonjour" she greeted the bartender she was used to seeing. "One glass of champagne if you have, s'il vous plait," she smiled and thanked the guy as she took a seat on a stool. Octavia had promised not to get drunk today, but she didn't have any problem with it as she hardly drank to get drunk. Tonight was a solo celebration, well-deserved, of her finishing school. She would rather go to a bar than eat at a restaurant by herself.
