You're absolutely free to answer prompts outside of that time range; the time range is just meant to keep things moving along. A running list of all prompts will appear here in this first post.

Tell us about a time when a small idea became a big storyline...

Briar getting bitten by a werewolf was a what if idea that came out of the blue one day. it started in this open RP when briar was escaping the school on a brightstone weekend and a off hand suggestion to Madz that wouldn't it be interesting if Briar got bitten. which then gained traction and ended up absolutely rehaping Briar's future from her planned career from Quidditch pro to ministry powerhouse, something she would have never dreamed about in her worst nightmares before. As well as giving her a future husband and children. So yeah, a small late night, what would happen if the idea ended up shaping three generations worth of plots

Avie Mitchell, my character who obviously died was a quidditch seeker, and he caught the snitch in the final match before his death and that felt like a really nice poetic win for him, which obviously with quidditch being a little of chance hadn't been a guarantee. So that was really nice.

I feel inspired by site members all the time. I enjoy watching other writers create such varied characters or big families or themed families (I really like following all the families we have on site). I don't remember who specifically inspired the Broomhead twins idea, but I can picture a blurry Shouty message and then discussing things with Rowan that led to twins who had different birthdays and were from a broom-making "dynasty."

I honestly think I never pulled an all-nighter on HNZ, i know i had alarms to go off a few times for quidditch purposes, and certainly stayed up way too late, but i always crashed around 4/5am so no all-nighters

I don't think I have either. Certainly have been dealing with insomnia or babies and hopped on at odd hours but nothing intentional.
