Ahh I think i meant to start an RP for Harper and Pascal way back when but never did, I'm so sorry
But despite my past uselessness, I am here to suggest Harper and Pascal finally become friends, or at least RP while Harper is still in school. Pascal isn't a big fan of being at Hogwarts and is far more pessimistic than he used to be, but I think he would love the idea of Harper's bucket list and they could possibly try and ask people to the valentine's dance together or something in the next semester, or try and find a mermaid. Pascal would love to meet a real mermaid. I think having a fun experience like that would help Pascal to reach the realization that Hogwarts isn't as bad as he thinks it is, and he should be embracing his time at Hogwarts instead of thinking it's holding him back. I think it could be fun, so let me know what you think!
Also if you want to make a character in an established family I do have a separate plot development thread for members of a family inspired by the Addams family here, on the off chance you're inspired/interested in being part of it

Don't worry about it!! I'm definitely down for them to become friends and help wingman for each other or go mermaid searching together. Maybe we take advantage of the summer weather and start with a lake thread? Also regarding Pascal thinking that Hogwarts is holding him back... Harper recently went through something similar and could lend a sympathetic ear if he needs one. (Last year she had to come to terms with the fact that her football dreams are dead because she lost too much potential training time at Hogwarts). So that could be another point of connection.
I am happy for a thread at the lake, but I am not sure if Pascal would feel motivated to look for a mermaid on his own, maybe we could have them possibly run into each other and talk about looking for a mermaid and then we can go from there so it's more of a planned thing?

In saying that though, I am unsure of how they would get to talking in the first place. Pascal could possibly make small talk with her in the common room and somehow mermaids is something they end up discussing? I could also have Pascal play a song from the little mermaid or something else silly in the common room if that's what is needed ahaha
I could definitely try to make up an excuse for Pascal to be at the lake, should I start the RP?
