Asaiah was enjoying his time as a player of the Moutohora Macaws very much. Except for tonight. It was quite hot outside tonight and Asaiah could barely keep his concentration on aiming bludgers towards his targets while the training session was going on. If only the coach could give them a break for a moment to drink some water and cool off a bit.

Ferrah was still adjusting to the different training styles of The Macaws and while it was more difficult, she readily accepted the challenge. She flew out of the way of a bludger as it passed her head, “Are you trying to kill me Murphy?” She called out over her shoulder. She knew seekers would be targeted of course but his aim needed a little practise.

Asaiah was slowly getting annoyed over the fact that he wasn't hitting any of his targets at all tonight, so when Ferrah called him out he groaned loudly. ''I'll gladly hit you if you'd stop moving Corvus,'' he replied back while trying to keep his eye on another bludger.

The hot weather was making it difficult to practice, which made Odette grumpy. She had noticed Asaiah getting closer to the team's seeker, and while that was fine and dandy, it shouldn't affect practice. "Is this a tea party or practice?" She called out to Asaiah, as he and Ferrah started to talk. She then flew to a nearby bludger and hit it in Asaiah's direction, hoping he was alert enough to block it.

“I know which sounds better to me right now,” she called out, watching the younger beater hit another bludger in Asaiah’s direction, and besides, at least they weren’t aimed at her this time. Right now she was just concentrating on not getting hit by either of the former Slytherins, and continued dodging out of their way.

Asaiah was about the stretch his arm out for his bat to make contact with a bludger that was coming his way when he got hit by another. ''Really Madison?!'' he groaned out, rubbing the place with it impacted because it hurt like hell. ''You're supposed to hit her not me!'' Asaiah called out, pointing his finger at where Ferrah was flying. This wasn't going great at all.

Odette scoffed at Asaiah's words. "Yeah? Because the other team never targets a good beater?" She called back, rolling her eyes. She had expected him to be able to block it, so felt a little bad for hitting him, but also didn't think it was fair of him to complain.

Ferrah would have laughed out loud if she didn’t know any better. Getting hit by a bludger was always brutal, after all she knew better than some. “What are you waiting for? Get her back!” She grinned, chasing after the snitch.

''Did you just compliment me?'' Asaiah called out to his fellow beater with a grin on his face. At least some fun was being made whilst the team was doing their best. After checking if he was OK to fly again, Asaiah tried to return to focus himself on hitting as many targets as was possible tonight. ''I'll get you back if you don't shut up!'' he said, shaking his head while catching up to a bludger.

Odette rolled her eyes when Ferrah continued to meddle int heir business. "Go get the snitch already!" She yelled at her, then turned to Asaiah, flying in his direction. "You know you're a good beater, stop fishing for more compliments." She scoffed, then flew off to chase the other bludger. Maybe it was because she missed Margo, but these two flirting on the pitch was irritating her.

Asaiah grinned widely at Odette's comment and called out after her, ''I'm not finshing for anything, you just never tell me how good I actually am.'' and continued to chase the bludger he was following. Leaning forward on his broomstick to make it go faster, Asaiah was closing the gap between him and the iron ball and banged his bat against it hard as soon as he was close enough to make contact with it. ''See I can still do it!'' he called out to no one in particular as the bludger was going towards Ferrah.
