There was so much that Rama Mowry needed to do. She needed to get ready for her classes, and figured out what she wanted to do when she graduated. The latter was hard because her grades limited so much of what she could do after graduation. However, she could be like her father and start her own business, but Rama did not have the gall or patience to deal with other people so intensely. Rama opened her book and began to read. It was a Potions book about more advanced potions that she was very curious about. She would have some difficulty actually making them, but she was always up for a challenge.

Syrus roamed outside the castle's ground without a care in the world. As if he shouldn't be worried about those approaching exams and end of the year classes that were usually piled on with work and extra credit if you wish to pass with a decent grade. Nope. Worries like that rarely cross this mind these days, even when everyone was sitting around stuff in some book, or practicing their magic. Syrus. for the most part ignored the those studying and would often day dream about flying his broom. Since he personally upgraded the thing with a few personal touches, flying was all he could think about and perhaps a little something else. With a spring in steps and a smug smile crossed his lips, Syrus sauntered over to Rama, a Ravenclaw sixth year. "Hey friendless, what's this you say about dislocating my arms, huh?" he coolly greeted the pretty girl.

Rama had only gotten so far in her book before she was rudely interrupted. What made people think that a person calmly sitting by the Lakefront would want to be bothered. The sixth year sighed and rolled her eyes. She remembered threatening someone, but she had not cared enough to remember his name. She had made a lot of threats over her years at Hogwarts. "Why don't you bother someone who's interested in putting that much energy into you, hmm?" she suggested mockingly. She looked away from the boy and went back to the book she was reading.

Syrus smirked, crouching down to her level. "Because it's no fun, and right now you're interesting to me," he responded, flicking his eyes over to the book. He read the title, the first book title he read so far this semester, and was actually intrigue to know what's captivating her attention. Or was pretending to be so at least, "Potions? Hmmm, are you a fan of stink bombs?" the fifth year went on asking, thought it was crystal clear she wanted nothing to do with him. And with that, Syrus swiped the book from the girl's hand, not caring the consequences of his action may cause. He shot right up and flick through the text. "Come on, study some other time friendless and let me keep you company," he snapped the book shut, his brows raised suggestively.

Rama was doing her absolute best to hide her anger. She did not want to be bothered, and somehow, people decided to do exactly that during the times she wanted to be left alone. The Ravenclaw sighed as the boy's words went through one ear and out of the other. Stink bombs weren't as much of a potions as they were a ridiculous muggle concoction. Rama did not bother trying to keep a hold of the book, and she did not bother standing up to fight for it either. She was furious, livid even. The girl slowly stood up and faced Syrus, standing very close to him, with her arms crossed tightly over her chest. "If you what is good for you, you'll give me my book back and leave me alone, Stilinski," she told him sternly. It was inevitable that Rama was going to hurt him. She was really holding herself back right now.

"Awe come on, Mowry! Lighten up a little," the teen mused. Her threatening stare wasn't going to chase him away so easily. He was determine to pester Rama enough for her to give in, to maybe make a friend out of her. "You're out here, wasting away on some book instead of enjoying the day or something?!" Syrus pointed out, then lifted the book in the air, behind his head. He did so in case she would snatch it right back. "Winter coming and then you'll be stuck in doors and then what? You're gonna wish you were outside with me. All I'm saying is, take a break from study for a little. Don't be so uptight, Mowry."

Rama did more than just study. She wrote and looked at women in her free time. The girl never felt that she was an uptight person. She just enjoyed doing what she wanted to when she wanted to do it. The Ravenclaw hated being told what to do, especially to lighten up. She just wanted to be left alone, even though this only contributed to her current loneliness. The girl unfolded her arms and put them on her hips, as if she was actually considering being friends with this oaf. She got up on her tip-toes quickly moved her head back and headbutted the boy with an immense amount of force. Of course, Rama herself got a little dizzy from the action, but to her it was worth it. She was too pleased with herself to see feel the little bit of blood dripping down her forehead.

Syrus was going to regret attempting to make a friend out of Rama. What he thought was a friendly gestured, actually came across invasive and annoying. He won't see it that way, but she said she was lonely! Syrus didn't move or flinch to what's about to unfold in the next minute. Syrus held his ground smirking and rotating the text over her head. Then he felt a great force thwack above his eyes. A sudden blindness and pain caused by the hit force him to topple backwards. Syrus clutch his forehead, cussing out an anguish. "What the fcuk was that for?! FCUK, am I fcuking bleeding?!" Syrus inspect his hand that he had pressed on his forehead. The sight of fresh blood was smeared on his palm. He no longer had possession of the book anymore. He didn't see where it fell, nor did he care. Looking down his bloody palm, Syrus reached for his wand from inside his jacket. He countered her attack with a body binding spell. "Stupefy! Fcuk me for trying to be nice to you!"

Rama was proud of herself, but she was not stupid. She backed away as she expected retaliation after seeing the blood on his forehead. The girl was ready, and pulled out her wand from her robes as she continued to back away with her wand ready to for to do what she needed it to do. "Protego!" she said sternly and his spell hit the invisible shield that had spell provided. "If you want to duel, you might as well get a professor so that this can be official, Stilinski!" she yelled, not casting another spell. Fighting like this could land them in big trouble, but if it was a duel, then it wouldn't be as bad.

The spell deterred from her shield as he staggered forward in pain. The blood dripped from the wound, affecting his vision, and the blurriness did not help from the pulsation spread across his forehead. Syrus sent out another spell, "Hey genius, you're thinking about a professor judging us fairly?! Wait until they see me, YOU, bleeding like this?!" Syrus leveled with his anger, if not his disarming charm would be as bad the first spell he sent in her direction. His affiliation with the SDA club should give him an edge when it comes to dueling. Not bleeding like this."Freaking bat-sh*t crazy. Who just head bangs someone like that?!"

Rama was starting to get dizzy. She was probably bleeding a bit because she felt a bit cold. Although Syrus was not at his best, her wand flew out of her hand with his disarming charm, which was not able to be defended against with protego. "I don't feel so good, Stilinski." she said weakly. She used her robes to try and clean her forehead, but it only sent a shot of pain throughout her entire body, making her fall to her knees. "I told you to leave me be." she responded as best she could in her condition. The girl found her wand on the ground and began to slowly stand up. "I'm going to the Hospital Wing to get patched up." she said and then she began walking away from the fifth year.

Syrus would roll his eyes if he could and it would had accompany to what he was about to say next. "No sh*t, you're bleeding," he wince. The pounding subsided, but it wasn't sufficient enough to ignore. Syrus saw as she fell right to her knees, Rama's wand temporarily fell out of her possession. "Well, sorry for trying to be your friend, Mowry," he retorted. "Oh no you're not, not alone at least. You know, when someone says they're lonely and someone or anyone approaches you to try and do something together, why not do it?" He fail to see how he was at fault here. Getting head butted like that would do that to some people. Syrus pocketed his wand. He kept a hand guarding right by his side, in case he was force to use it again. Syrus walked from behind, keeping a safe distant away from her.

Rama was getting used to the feeling of being light headed, so she was able to be more relaxed in a away. Of course, she still did not trust Syrus, but she was confident he would not do anything if she did the same. Rama rolled her eyes at the boy. "I am no obligated to spend time with you, especially when I preferred to be alone at that moment. Did you ever think of that?" she asked. She made her steps quicker in an effort to get the her destination faster. She needed to be inside. Rama was picky with when she wanted to spend time with people and when she did not. She was also not used to people actually caring about what she had to say. Her father was the reason for that. Hezekiah was a lot of things, including a werewolf, but he was not the best when it came to emotional support. "Sorry for butting you in the head." she said quietly as they reached the castle.

"Whatever, keep it moving!" Syrus snapped, his blood boiling some. He wanted more than anything to rid this anger with another spell cast in her way. However, she was right and he hate to admit she was right. It didn't make sense, but he guessed he was at total fault to begin with. Or maybe he wasn't all wrong, he wanted to tell someone and hear their unbiased opinion on it. "But you're not, I don't believe that." Syrus grumbled in response heading up the stairs. He could manage them, surprisingly. The pain didn't slow him down completely as he climbed his way up with her, heading in the direction of the wings. "What are you going to tell the healer up there?" He asked after minutes of silence, and sighing, realizing being a pr!ck will most likely get him into more trouble.

Rama felt the urge to pull out her wand again at Syrus' order, but she was definitely to weak to use any magic. It was not like she was good at it anyway. However, Syrus had made a low move by using a spell that couldn't be defended against by a simple shielding charm. Rama let out a deep sigh before she turned to face her younger peer, stopping them both right in their tracks. "Look here, Stilinski. You may be right that I am not alone, but what I just told you must have went through one ear and out the other. I get to chose when I want to spend time with people. You don't get to be dictator, even when it's for good reason." she reiterated. Rama was no longer angry, but she want to get her words through the boy's apparently thick skull. The Ravenclaw proceeded to turn around and continue to walk towards the direction of the Hospital Wing after making it up the stairs. Rama shrugged at his question. "The truth. What else would I tell the nurse?" she asked rhetorically. Rama was not ashamed of her actions, no matter how rash that they may have been.

Syrus halt in place, force by Rama blocking his path up the stairs. The teen wanted to block out whatever she was saying. Syrus held his head up, "Okay, I got it, you want to be alone and miserable. The next time I won't bother. Blah, blah, blah. Would you please keep it moving?" Thankfully, she did just that and Syrus trailed behind the Ravenclaw, muttering under his breath about some regrets he had that day. They both eventually made into the Hospital Wings to get themselves checked out and face the consequences of their actions. "What a waste of a perfectly good afternoon," he muttered to himself.
