Name: Vladimir Zhefarovich Year & House: Slytherin First Year Lesson Missed: Three, four and five Three: Vladimir Zhefarovich knew that this class would be one of those that were the most boring of all unless he was learning something that would intrigue him, which was not much actually. It was just something that he did not appreciate that much. Vladimir walked into the History of Magic classroom where his silvery eyes landed on the Ravenclaw Head of House, and he wondered if the man taught one of the more hated subjects in the school as he was seated in his usual seat. There was nothing good about history because humans never learned from it from what he had read. He heard about the wars, and no one could ever stop evil, and evil could never stop good. It would only end in bloodshed, and that was fun to read about when people died basically for a cause that was basically pointless. Vladimir looked up at Professor Spenser when he shouted to the classroom, looking over to the other students that were shocked by the shouting of the professor. Vladimir got out his quill, a bottle of green ink and then his parchment so that he could take notes over whatever they were talking about, and apparently it was the Salem Witch Trials with the burnings of those that were accused by muggles of being witches. Like they were know. They were placed back in the seventeenth century. Then again he wondered if any muggles were led by fear, and had something else against them other than just suspicions. They were told a lot about the Salem Town, and he doubted that he was going to have to listen to this for too long, but he knew that there was a Salem in the United States, and they celebrated holidays religiously. But that was all he knew, until now. He made sure to get the facts, and then he heard about the witch cake, which did not make much sense at all. He wrinkled his nose. The lecture was very long, but he got everything down. He packed his things, and he left the classroom. Four: The previous lesson, Vladimir Zhefarovich was bored with History of Magic. Not that he could do much about it though. He walked into the History of Magic classroom once more, and he looked over at the students that were here, and he was positive that he would end up falling asleep in this one. He did not get much sleep last night, but he was going to deal with it and attend the class anyhow. There was not much he could do about it either. Vladimir let out a sigh and he took his seat, and then he prayed that he was not going to fall asleep. Vladimir closed his silvery eyes, and he folded his arms across the desk so that he laid his head down on the arms. He thought that he could go to sleep for just a few minutes so that he could get some more energy. Minutes seemed to pass rather slowly, but the shouting of Professor Spenser was quick to wake him up, and cause him to raise his head up so he could sleepily stare at the professor. They were told that today was wonderful, but Vladimir could beg a differ. He looked up at the mummy that the professor was holding up, and he raised an eyebrow. Well, he heard that they were going on a field trip. So the mummy must be a portkey. And he was right. He had never heard of the Museum that they were going to, but it was in the capital of the United States that he did not ever want to visit, but it appeared that they would have to. Vladimir stood up, and he turned from the others as he removed the robes. He then walked forward, and placed his hand on the mummy when they were told to. While the trip was not horrible, they would have to deal with the rough trip. Vladimir shook his head, and it woke him up. He accepted the pass, and heard that they had four hours. Vladimir wondered around, not really looking at anything before the class soon went back to the school. Good, being around muggles made him need to shower immediately. Five: Vladimir Zhefarovich walked into the History of Magic classroom with no expression on his cold features. He found that showing nothing was creepy to those around him, and it was something that he would settle into liking. He didn't like it when people actually liked him and stuff like that because he could literally care less of what people thought of him. He took his seat and he looked ahead at the usually energetic professor that seemed to be the opposite of what he was normally. Not that Vladimir was complaining in his mind but he found this to be highly unusual of Professor Spenser. Then again he always imagined the Gryffindor Head of House to be the one that was hyper all of the time since the Gryffindors seemed to be like that, at least in his honest opinion they were. He didn't appreciate the Gryffindors, or anyone else really. Vladimir could really tell that the professor was tired today because of the sound of his voice. He spent all night grading papers? Well, that was not his idea of a good time but he was not going to complain either. He was going to be enduring a short lesson which was good enough for the Slytherin. Short lessons meant that he would not have to stay in here that long, and that was definitely ideal for the first year. The moment that the man spoke about the boy who lived, Vladimir almost snarled at it. However he barely raised his hand since he had heard of him countless times. He got more glory for being lucky than a leprechaun or something. It was ridiculous. Another Slytherin answered the question, but he didn't think that he could without cursing the last name. To his relief, the class was dismissed. Vladimir gathered his things and he left the classroom, not wanting to hear the whispers of that Potter. |

Iason Samartzi Slytherin First Year Lesson 6 Iason couldn't quite get over the fact that this was the last week of classes before exams and then the end of his first semester here at Hogwarts New Zealand. True he still had the Yule Ball to look forward to, even though he didn't have a date, before exams and leaving for home in a few weeks. For now he knew he had to just focus on the last week of classes, although from what he had gathered from older students it was merely a revision lesson, something Iason took very seriously and was glad for at least an hour or quietness to revise. Entering the History of Magic classroom Iason took his seat and placed his writing equipment out on his desk. With the intructions from the Professor, Iason started to look over his previous notes and read over them and then rewrite them and continue that process until class was over. |

She was feeling the pressure with exams coming up - she had never done them before and was stressing out. Clara wondered what would happen if she didn't pass - would she have to re-do the year? The blonde didn't think she'd be able to handle that. Luckily, they were revising during this lesson. They were doing that in most classes, but Clara was thankful for it. She decided to stay in the classroom, just in case she needed any help from her Professor. |

Name: Erik Metzger Year & House: Slytherin Second Year Lesson Missed: One and Two Lesson One: The first lesson would always be the easiest, well, sometimes. The second year Part-Veela boy did not really care about classes but he thought that he should give them a shot for some reason. Erik looked around as he walked toward the classroom with a sluggish look, showing that he had not adjusted to classes yet, and it was likely that he would not adjust by the time his second week come in, but he would have to soon enough. Erik Metzger walked into the History of Magic classroom and his blue-green eyes looked ahead without much of an expression. He did not attend classes much but he did what he could. He would have to make his dad proud, and somewhat outshine his little sister that was in Gryffindor. He did have some sort of competition, as he thought to himself anyway. It could be really fun anyway. To him. Belladonna might not like it though. Erik was not really ready to learn but he wondered what the subject would be over today. They were learning about famous Magicians, and they were not muggles either. That sounded neat. He was relieved to be dismissed early as well. He grabbed his bag and he left the classroom. Lesson Two: Erik Metzger was almost looking forward to History of Magic, but at the same time, he was not. Erik tucked in the robes and he walked into the classroom which was somewhat empty. He thought over his sister and wondered how she had been as he found his seat near the middle of the classroom, same as before. Erik was not a typical Slytheirn since he held no grudges against anyone, and seemed to go through the years without expressing too much emotion. He was just laid back and sometimes apathetic. He would do anything for his friends. By any means necessary. Then again he also liked to get others in trouble just for amusement too. There was that little detail about him. Erik rested his eyes on the professor, and wondered what the deal was. He did not look very good. Then the professor started to speak, but it sounded even worse. However what he did make out was that the man could not speak for long, and how he would not be lecturing. Well that was a blessing. He received the parchment and he took off out of the class once dismissed. He started to read on the way to the Slytherin house. |

Name: Matt Greene Year & House: Gryffindor First Year Lesson Missed: One and Two Lesson One: The week of lessons have begun and he was surprised that it was so soon. Matt Greene looked forward to going home to see his brother once more. Mason had to be doing fine, but he was still worried over him and nothing would change that. Nothing at all. Matt looked down as he walked into the History of Magic classroom. He knew a little bit about each subject since he had done some reading on each during his spare time and his secret adventures into the owlery to go mail his brother a letter using the school owls, which was pleasant. He did not have to have an owl of his own. Matt looked around before he ended up finding a seat. It took him a bit to find one because of the amount of first years, but it was making everything good for him. At least that was his opinion. He just wanted the lesson to begin. And soon. The Gryffindor looked up at the professor who seemed to be rather active and somewhat happy. He was also the Ravenclaw Head of House, which he did not know much about. His name was Professor Spenser. Since Matt was not about breaking the rules, he knew better than to write them down. After all, he was going to obey them no matter what. He took note of what would make the professor unhappy. He seemed easy to get along with. Another student passed out the sheets of parchment, and looking down at it, Matt groaned. He did not want to reveal that much about him. So, he did the assignment quickly before handing it in before he left the classroom. It was better to get it over with now than to worry about it later. He was just glad to be out of the classroom so that he could do other things. Lesson Two: It was into the second week of lessons, and Matt Greene was almost looking forward to the lesson until he remembered that he actually had to pay attention and learn some new things about magic. Sometimes he just did not want to learn anything about it, but what other choice did he have? Matt sighed as he entered the History of Magic classroom. There was only so much that he could take in a class, and he saw that there were a few students here already. He walked over and he sat down next to Belladonna even if she did not want him to sit next to him. He just thought that friends should sit near or beside each other, close or not so close yet. It was a process he was working on, and he was going to do that soon enough. He looked around at the other students in the classroom and then over at the professor that was going to begin at any point. The lesson began and Professor Spenser greeted the class like normal. The professor did not know much about himself since Matt refused to write anything personal down. He felt bad somewhat for doing that, but he did not want anyone else to know. It was a personal preference. Matt let out a sigh and he heard someone say who the most famous wizard of all time, which was Merlin. He did not know much about Merlin, but he knew enough. The lecture went on about Merlin, so Matt took out some things to write down the notes. By now, the feel of a quill was a lot better than a pencil but sometimes a little harder. He liked it though. He continued to write down some facts about Merlin, King Arthur and also the sister of Morgan. The lesson soon ended, and Matt packed his things. He left the classroom for the day. |

Name: Blaine Matthias Year & House: Ravenclaw First Year Lesson Missed: One and Two Lesson One: It was the first week of lessons, and Blaine Matthias was ready to start lessons with his peers, but not too many lessons. Some classes he would gladly skip and just do the exams, but then again he could just skip them as well. The class that he was going to now was not one of those that he would skip though. History of Magic seemed like an interesting class. Blaine would be stuck with the house that he was not going to appreciate, but it was still something that he somewhat looked forward to. Blaine sighed and he entered the Potions classroom and saw that there were not that many students here. He had a pleased look to himself before finding a seat near the back. When he was in the back, he felt somewhat better. He did not need to be around so many people, especially Gryffindors. Then again, he did have a brother there, so he could not hate on them. The professor started up the class with an introduction. Professor Spenser? Wasn't that the name of the professor that was his Head of House? That had to be him. He wondered if he was from America. Blaine spent some time there, but he still had not mastered English yet. They were told the rules of the class, which he thought that they were just mere guidelines which meant that he could break them if he wanted. He didn't write them down like the other losers did, so he sat there waiting for the class to be over. And then they were told that where they were sitting was their assigned seats. Some other kid passed out some papers, which Blaine received and he filled out. He turned it in, and then he was dismissed. Finally. He got his things and he left the classroom gladly.
Lesson Two: Blaine Matthias thought that the second week would be longer than the first, but not as long as the third or fourth lessons because they were right in the middle of the school year. Blaine shrugged his shoulders and he would get this done somehow. He walked toward the classroom, his head held high and his Ravenclaw robes looking really good upon his body. His body was something he took great pride in, but his eyes were the most fetching thing about his appearance. Blaine took a lot of pride in it, and he looked around as he entered the History of Magic classroom, and found his place once more. He was positive that they were going to be doing something that he could benefit from this lesson. He was yearning for something like that. Blaine needed to know some things and he was going to be on top, somehow. He deserved that over his brothers. They were soon greeted and told that they needed to take out the quills and parchment. He thought so. Rolling his ember eyes, he got out the things needed, and he got right to work when it came down to the lecture. They were learning about Merlin? And it was also over King Arthur. He did not know much about him, but he didn't know he had a half-sister named Morgan. That was very interesting. Even he remembered the sword in the stone tale. That was easy to remember. He didn't like to go over these things since he was falling asleep, and then they were told that they were going to be dismissed early. That was the first good news he heard all day! The Ravenclaw gathered his bags before he snorted at the homework. Like he was ever going to perform that tonight. He left the classroom. |

Name: Minoas Stratis Year & House: Gryffindor Lesson Missed: Two Minoas glanced at his wrist watch once again. A low grumble or indistinct utterance had erupted in the class as the students were wondering if today's class was cancelled after all. Professor Spenser wasn't the type of professor who would keep his students waiting. Minoas looked at the entrance startled when the History of Magic Professor dashed in to the room. The Gryffindor would have preferred a class cancellation, especially when he had history for his first class but in the end, he gave in and took out his notes. Fortunately, the class wasn't about medieval history or newer one. He liked mythology a lot. These were his bedtime stories as a kid from his father or the story told in front of the fireplace by his grandfather. He couldn't help but join his grandfather's narration to MInoas' younger cousins, even now that he was seventeen years old. The old Stratis patriarch was using magic on the fire to bend the flames under his will and create figures of the story, make their shadows dance on the walls. Well, Professor Spenser's narration was going to be less phantasmagorical but Minoas listened to him careful. So much detailed the Greek mythology, it sometimes made you wonder if it was reality falsified. Minoas wasn't really believing in the existence of Gorgons but his younger brother Perseas, seemed to believe in the myths of the horrifying women with the snake body. There was generally much debate about the appearance of Gorgons but Minoas was depicting them in his grimoire's sketches as how Medusa was described in the myths. It was one of the few myths in which he wasn't taking pity of the creature. He was generally supporting the side of the gods and heroes but poor Medusa used to be one of the most beautiful Greek woman and a priestess of goddess Athena. The sea-god Poseidon lusted Medusa and was violated inside the sacred temple of Athena. The goddess of wisdom and strategy was so disgusted that she turned beautiful Medusa into a serpent-like being with snakes for hair and a gaze that could turn into stone anything living. In that way, It was remarkable how humanly were acting the Greek gods. Whether it was jealousy for Medusa's beauty or disgust for what have happened to her temple, Athena didn't stop there. She also assisted the hero Perseus to slaughter Medusa and take her head to use it against the King of Seriphos, Polydectes. How couldn't you feel sorry for Medusa when she was the victim of god's lust and hatred? The myth wasn't analyzed in depth but this was better for the seventh years. Less material for their NEWTS. Minoas thought he was lucky after all as he was gathering his notes into a nice pile and into his bag. They had referred so many times to myths in this class. Myths he had known them and hearing them from when he was a toddler. Perhaps the material he had to revise for NEWTS was much less than what he had worried of. |

Name: Paige Rivers Year & House: Slytherin Second Year Lessons missed: Two and Three Lesson Two Paige was glad that she would have a new History of Magic lesson today, she loved the subject and wanted to explore it farther. Her grades had been fairly even and she wanted to make homework for the subject. She arrived at the classroom and threw her bag on the side of the table. The Professor had a sore throat so that meant no long lectures and just read the lesson on a piece of parchment. The information was pretty interesting and Paige was scribbling it down on a piece of parchment with an beautiful looking feather. The Professor said there was no homework to get an O, she knew the information and stored it down in her mind. It was an interesting subject Madame Mim and Proteus. Paige was thinking of a books, maybe there was a book related to this subject. She thanked the Professor and left the classroom, her notes carefully stacked in her bag. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Lesson Three Paige loved all the information about the famous wizards and witches. Some she found a tad bit crazy, but if you wanted to be famous a little bit of crazy was a requirement. Paige had watched an old Muggle movie called 'The Sorcerers apprentice'' that movie featured Morgana Le Fay and a smile appeared on Paige her beautiful face. Morgana was nothing like the one in the movie, this was however expected since Muggles were always so clueless about our world. Paige was writing the information down about Morgana, which was pretty useful and Paige knew this was required for the exams. Paige also jolted down the book that was required to find information in about the wizard that the Professor assigned. Paige wanted to know who this Wizard was and what he had done in the History of Wizards. Paige smirked and looked at her Professor secretly she was glad that he was well again, but she would never show this that would be a weakness. Paige shrugged her shoulders and made the homework in the library only to give it in the next lesson. Paige found the whole lecture pretty cool, since she knew the name already, but was kind of oblivious to the fact that she was not the same one in the movies.

She had done all the homework for the subject so far so the would not going to be challenge either. The Professor held a fairly long lecture and Paige found it interesting as well, she was writing everything down as fast she could. It was a lot of information and Paige had a hard time keeping up the writing. Of course Paige knew about the famous stone, she had read it in one of the history books available in the library. Paige would love to get some more gold, her family was pretty wealthy but there was nowhere near enough for Paige her liking. The name Nicolas Flamel did not ring a bell and Paige had to think about him. When the lesson ended she took her bag and walked into the library searching a book on him.

Name: Troxa Matthias Year & House: Slytherin Seventh Year Lesson Missed: Three & Four Three The third week was here and Troxa Matthias was here in History of Magic classroom once more. He would not have to walk too far for a while as soon as the holidays began, and he would be a free man. Then he could just lay around which was what he did best. Though thinking about it, he really just wanted to chill out for some time. Troxa felt like he needed a break despite the fact that he was going to be a father full time, which meant he needed a job! Troxa was one of those lazier Slytherins, and he did not want to do much. If he did not have to do it, one would not expect him to do it. After all, Troxa would only do what was required of him, and since he was a Head Boy, it was a lot more than he expected to ever do in Hogwarts. He could do more outside of the school. The Slytherin looked up as they were informed that they would have to go over a quiz, and he sighed. He hated quizzes but this would help him with revision greatly. Once he finished, he turned it in and left the classroom.
Four Fourth week of lessons, definitely not many more to go for the Slytherin Head Boy. Troxa Matthias walked into the classroom and wondered what else he could do to pass up the time some more. Thinking about his daughter made him miss her more. Troxa was a family man, and he was going to make his family one of the best ones anyone had ever seen despite him being young and the mother was young too. Both were in school still, and would be for a while. Just another few weeks to go after this. That was all that was needed. He would get this done and he would be able to get it done. Troxa continued to go on through the days and he could not wait until he could get it done. Though he still needed to write his speech and he felt like he would get sick from it. Professor Spenser informed the class that they would have another quiz. He got out his ink and quill and got started on it. Eventually, he finished and he left the classroom.

Name: Erik Metzger Year & House: Slytherin Second Year Lesson Missed: Four and Five Four Another week went by, and Erik Metzger could not wait to go home. He wanted to chill in his room and look over some of the books he had. He grinned a bit as he thought about it. But the grin was short lived as he walked into the History of Magic classroom. He rolled his blue-green eyes and he found his seat where he had been sitting since the beginning of the semester. He noticed that there were not as many students in his year anymore, and wondered where they all went. Then again, he did not really care for them. Getting out a book, Erik started to read some before the second years finished arriving. He only had time to waste after all. The lessons were slow to begin, but he did manage to avoid the eyes of the professors. He did not want any attention drawn to himself, but that might be hard cause of his blood. He took out his bottle of ink, a sheet of parchment and a quill. The class was going to be learning about alchemy. That was an interesting subject to him. Erik knew that the alchemists were about nuts with trying to create gold from useless metals, and how to make a potion that could cure illnesses and bring about immortality. Alchemy started everywhere, so it was hard to see where it had originated from. He made sure to take a note down for the Metropolis of Alchemy. The fact that men tried and failed, then died, made it seem just more hideous. Then there was an Arabian man that pretty much screwed people over and stole a lot of gold by distracting wealthy men with a stink bomb. He had raised his hand when the question asked on who had heard of the Philosophers Stone. People died looking for the stone, which was sad too. Then they were free to go. Erik gathered his things and he left the classroom in a hurry. Five Almost there, all Erik Metzger thought about as this week continued on. It was the fifth week of lessons and all he could think about was the fact that he would be going home soon. All that mattered to him was him going home. He did not care about the Quidditch session going on, even if his house had won. He did not really care as much. He must have gotten that trait from his mother. Entering the History of Magic classroom once more, Erik found his seat and he took out his book to start reading before the other students arrived to the classroom. Erik let out a sigh as he heard others walking into the classroom and sitting down. Some were talking and others were not. He was one of those that did not want to talk to anyone. Why would he? After all, he was just one of those students that faded into the background. Apparently, this time they were going to be studying, which was weird. Shrugging, he gathered his things and he started to study before leaving for dismissal. |

Name: Matt Greene Year & House: Gryffindor First Year Lesson Missed: Four and Five Four Another torturous week had arrived for the first year students like Matt Green that continually thought that he did not belong in this castle without his other half. He just felt that there should be more breaks, but at least the end of the year was coming up and he could do what he wanted, when he wanted. Especially with the time off, that would be amazing. He wanted some time off. He had not had more than five pieces in his life, always giving the rest to his brother. Mason was not fat for some reason after all of the sweets and good food that Matt gave him instead. Matt looked down at his hands as he entered the classroom once more and found his seat like he always had. There was no difference today than the previous week, except maybe the lesson content. But it was the same thing over and over. It was driving him insane. Once more Professor Spenser shouted to the classroom, and Matt looked up in surprise. They were going to be given a little treat. They were going on a field trip! They were shown an object like a mummy, or something, but he wondered what it was used for. He didn't know what it was, but a student answered the question and he raised an eyebrow. Portkey? However he heard that they were going to the Smithsonian Museum, which was in the United States. Matt stood up and he took off his robes so that he was only wearing the loose uniform underneath. He set them on his desk, and went forward to touch the mummy when they were told. Now they were given passes, and he was going to go nuts. As soon as he was given the time to be back, Matt took off into the Nation Museum of American History. He looked at many artifacts, and then he found one for snowboarding, and he was mesmerized. Then the four hours were up, and he went back to the place where they had to meet up. He touched the mummy, felt like getting sick, but the day was good. Five Fifth week of lessons, and from what Matt Greene had found out, there was only one more week left and there was a study period. Matt sighed and he walked into the Quidditch pitch, surprised that he was there before Belladonna. Well, he was running a bit early today.Matt sat down where he normally did before he sighed and stood alone. Once the entire class stood there in the pitch and everyone was ready to begin the lesson. Flying appeared to be the better of classes since everyone looked forward to that the most. Matt was not one of the students that did. After all, he was not a big fan of flying as of yet. He was getting to the point where he liked it, but he just did not like it as much either. The Gryffindor looked toward the professor as the lesson was about to begin. Matt was getting a little impatient after all. The professor spoke at once about being really tired because he was up all night grading papers. So the lecture was going to be a short one today. However the question was raised about someone who lived, and Matt was one of the only students that did not raise his hand. He had no idea who he was, and wondered why they were going on about him. The name made him smirk for a moment. Apparently there was a boy that went to another branch of Hogwarts. Matt was then surprised that he did not hear a lecture over the boy who lived, but they were going to have to do some research over it. He was curious now to see who would that boy be. Matt would live and survive though. When class was dismissed, the first place that the Gryffindor was going was the library to satisfy his peaked curiosity over this boy. |

Name: Blaine Matthias Year & House: Ravenclaw First Year Lesson Missed: Four and Five Four Blaine Matthias welcomed the fourth week of lessons with open arms. The sooner he could get the classes over with, the better off he would be. He wanted to go home actually, and see his siblings. Perhaps the arrival of his new niece as well. He walked toward the class, his head held high and his Ravenclaw robes looking really good upon his body. His body was something he took great pride in, but his eyes were the most fetching thing about his appearance. Blaine took a lot of pride in it, and he looked around as he entered the classroom, and found his seat where he normally sat. Hopefully, he would learn a lot from the lesson. He was yearning for something like that. Blaine needed to know some things and he was going to be on top, somehow. He deserved that over his brothers. The other first years arrived and it was time to begin. However it seemed like they were going on a field trip, and that made him wonder what in the world would they do on a field trip all about history? He pulled out a mummy thing, and Blaine cringed a bit at the thought of touching it. That seemed gross. Blaine was shocked. Blaine raised his hand when they were asked if they had heard about the museum. He had been there a couple of times, so he did. He took off his Ravenclaw robes and set them on the desk. He walked forward and placed his hand onto the mummy. And then they were off, and he felt like he was going to throw up after that. He might later on but he managed to contain it. He took the pass and he went off to learn more about the history there. There wasn't much that he had not already seen, but he did enjoy the big diamonds and rocks in there though. After some time, they were back at the school. Blaine could say he liked it. Somewhat. Five Going into the fifth week, and Blaine Matthias felt incredible. Even though Ravenclaw won the Quidditch match but did not win the cup, he still felt good. Blaine had a good class today, and he wanted to learn what he could so he could apply it to further himself into the lines of power by the time he was a seventh year. He walked into the classroom and saw that other first years arrived but nowhere was someone he knew. Perhaps his friends were running a little late. He sat where he normally did and waited for his friend, also for the rest of the class to arrive to begin the lesson ahead. Anything flying related made Blaine feel like he was ahead of the students, especially since he had an older brother here to tell him anything. That was not likely to change. He smirked as he thought about his place and hoped that the students would learn something worthwhile. The professor told them that he was tired and stayed up all night, and was going to keep the lecture short today. He could not be more pleased! He smirked coldly, and he thought that today would be better if the guy just silenced himself for good. They were asked a question if anyone heard about the Boy Who Lived. Blaine raised his hand because he knew of Harry Potter. Who didn't know about him? They were then told that they were going to be leaving, and he smiled even more. This day was getting better and better. He could not wait to be out of there! Even if he was going to be more awake, he just wanted to get this done with. He thought that the semester was going too slow. He left the classroom, shoving people past as he walked by them. |

Name: Rhiannon McGowan Year & House: Hufflepuff second year Lesson Missed: class 4 Rhiannon was running a little late, she had been up half the night finishing of an assignment on the tazmanian echosystems and up early htat morning trying to get it finished she was able to get it sent before breakfast and then by mid morning she was in the library studying and fallen asleep, only waking up when she heard someone drop a pile of heavy books onto a desk nearby. lookingat her watch she realised that it was far later than she had wanted to be and sprinted to the history of magic classroom arriving slightly out of breath she took her seat just as the professor started talking. quickly she tok out her notebook and turned to the next clean page, not worrying about a quill and ink she used her trusty biro to started taking notes. Alchamy, now that was interesting itdrew together several if her interests, magic, chemistry, and jewelry, though admittedly she preferred silver to gold. she kept writing as the professor talked. realising that alchemy broke the laws of chemistry which made the hufflepuff slightly uncomfortable though after spending almost two years at the school had started half believing that the rules of chemistry, and physics and science were more of guidelines than absolute rules. it was a long class and by the end of it she had quite a ream of notes to cover but that was not a problem for her. she would be reading more about the topic this evening though maybe she should have an early night first. next topic was the philoshers stone. she had heard that mentioned in a few books but she didnt believe that it was real, more a legend or myth. she would have to read up on it more carefuly later. once the class was over Rhiannon got up and want to the professors desk. "sorry i was a little late i los ttrack of time. thank you for class today, alchamy sounds like a really interesting topic" she said before going to the great hall for dinner before stopping at the library to take out a book on alchamy.
