Harry was very excited for today’s class, he spoilt the seventh years – he really did. Although he felt he had to make up last weeks rather boring class to them and with it being their last year he wanted them to learn as much as possible but make some memories out of it too if at all possible. He had been lucky in having permission granted to have another port key for today’s lesson but so far he had had a good reputation with his classes that involved him using a port key as he had yet to lose a student or have any accidents but he really didn’t expect that to happen to him at all. Not having much need for a lesson plan today he simply walked around the creatures and tended to whichever creature needed tending too. He had grown to love these creatures in the short time that he had worked here. He loved being around creatures most of the time so he was glad that he had been given the chance to work with them in his job. Not too long after the class had started to gather, seeing a few stragglers at the back he waved them down, he really didn’t have a lot of time to spend today. Doing a quick roll call he saw that all his students were there. “You’re all here, great!” he beamed as he clapped his hands together to hopefully get their attention. “Now I have very little time to explain what will be happening today so it’ll have to wait until we get there, now quickly; grab the kettle.” he told the students, a sound of urgent-ness in his voice as he directed the students to where the kettle was.

In no time at all the familiar surroundings of Hogwarts New Zealand had faded and the class were now in a cavernous place. Torches lit their way. It gave the place a somewhat ghoulish atmosphere. “Todays lesson is basic. Have fun!” He told them rather ominously but with no intention to scare them at all. Although it was a rather hard thing for Harry to do with his cheery demeanour. “Go and look around at the creatures we have covered this year in firsthand experience.” he went on to explain. This was an amazing place for students to have the opportunity to come visit. Harry felt that it was really going to help the seventh years with their NEWTs if they got to learn about the creatures that would be on their exam it would be better for them to get a firsthand experience as there was probably more chance of them remembering things about them compared to what they would learn from a book. “Wizard keepers are on hand to help enforce the protection placed around them, but I wouldn’t worry. Protection is maximum. Oh and please no acting up. I would like to remain on the good side of these people for future years.” he said with a small wink, but he knew he should have no problem with them. “After all you lot are the oldest and so presumably the most mature out of the student body. Right have fun. Return here in two hours.” He said to them before going off on his own direction and talk to some of the keepers for some further information that may be of use to him.

The two hours went by rather quickly, it went by too quickly for Harry but that might just be because he enjoyed this sort of thing. He only hoped that some of the students had enjoyed themselves and more importantly, learned something. Returning to the castle the same way they arrived Harry said, “I expect a two page essay on your trip.” With as much of a serious face as he could muster while scanning their faces. “Only joking. Class dismised!” he said smiling at them all, before they made their way back to the castle.
