Kida knew that today was one of her last lessons with her Fifth years, she would hope to see them in sixth year next year but she never knew what would happen over the weekend. Kida smiled as her class filed in and took their seats 'Today we are going to Vanish.. absolutely nothing' she began knowing that this might confuse her class, 'Today we are going to review to be ready for your OWLs so practice what you wish to practice, study what you wish to study, come see me if you need any assistance, Good luck on your OWLs and I hope to see you next year.'

Kida brushed her long hair out of her face and went to sit down at her desk to supervise her students.

The final week of lessons was here, and Tristan was a little disappointed. The OWL year hadn't been as challenging as he had expected so far, but perhaps that was partly because of the subjects he'd had this first semester. If he was honest, Tristan felt almost ready to take some of his OWLs now. Muggle Studies he probably could have done in his first year, but that was logical. Still, how much was there to Runes? It all seemed to be fairly easy, and he was confident about his abilities. This final week was often used for extra study time, and Transfiguration was no exception. Glad for the opportunity to read over everything once more, Tristan looked through the book and revised his notes, then vanished some random things he could find until the lesson ended. When it did, he politely thanked the professor before leaving.

Rory was really glad that the end of the semester was approaching and she clattered into the Transfiguration classroom ready to have the class over and done with. She hated the idea of studying, as always, but it would be nice not to be forced to vanish something new again this week. Just because she seemed to be slightly better at it than straight transfiguration that still didn't mean she didn't have trouble concentrating on it. Maybe she could focus on some of the smaller stuff from the beginning of the year, Rory thought as she kicked at her desk leg. She probably did need the practice, if she was honest. Throughout the lesson she alternated between working on her vanishing and taking a break to read some stuff from her textbook, as if that would somehow make her a superstar at the magic she was attempting. Rory was glad that she wouldn't have the exam until the end of the year – it would give her more time to get better at these stupid spells.

[justify]The end of this semester brought with it a sigh of relief for the ravenclaw. He was not happy with how little reading he had managed to do, but knowing he didn’t have any exams this semester and instead a nice two week little break, meant he knew he could focus himself on reading a few books. He could do all of the reading he had wanted to do but not managed to. It had suffered far more than Jerara had planned, either that or he was just more curious than ever, and everything light up a bulb in his head to go do more reading on the topic. Perhaps that was the curse of it. He was rather tired too, since he spent more time reading and studying than he did sleeping, but his body did seem to be adjusting rather well. He took the last of the books he would need for this week and left to go to class. Jerara was disappointed when he got the transfiguration class and after a semester of doing spells, they'd just be revising, but he figured it wasn't too bad, he'd make do. The ravenclaw just took out his books and studied for the hour. It was a good thing to be able to revise, they hadn't done much of it and he did have the OWL so it was necessary to revise. The moment the professor dismissed them, he packed up his things and left the room.

[justify]Signy wasn’t sure how happy she was to have all the exams in one go at the end of the entire year. She had grown used to the way the exams were structured and the girl wasn’t sure what she would do with herself after this last week. She could study but there was no real point in doing anything other than a little light studying and with no exams looming she knew she’d probably find it difficult to pay attention. Perhaps it would just be better to not and just spend more time in the next semester studying? Certainly that would be better, but she was sure that her work or studying wouldn’t be affected too badly by the rose giving that she was definitely going to take part in. Since she’d been doing so every year since second year. However, there was little time to focus on that, she did still have classes to go to and that she did. Signy arrived at the transfiguration classroom, fully expecting this professor like the last to have more for them to learn or do and was very surprised when they didn't. In fact, after everyone had taken their seat, the professor told them this lesson was for practicing and revising. With her OWL coming at the end of the year, she took the opportunity to mostly just practice the spell they'd learned that semester. She worked hard for the hour and happily packed when it was over. She would do something else for a little bit and come back to the studying after.

After last week, it had been a struggle for October to make herself come to Transfiguration again. The professor didn't seem to care at all how inhumane her lessons were, and if this week was anything like the last three October was simply going to have to walk out of the classroom once again. She was relieved upon entering the classroom to see no signs of any animals, and her relief grew as the professor confirmed that this was just a revision lesson. Taking a seat much closer to the back than her usual October took the time to go over all her notes, though the thoughts of what the professor had asked them to do were still sickening her enough to be distracting. As soon as class time was over she zipped out of the room uncharacteristically fast, eager to be away from here as fast as possible.

Corrine had continued to show up to class only to defiantly do nothing as a form of silent protest. Not that the professor seemed to notice. Tensing as the woman declared that they'd be vanishing something, Corrine visibly relaxed when she learned it was simply a bad joke on the woman's part. Hearing that it was a study session, Corrine wondered what they were expecting to study. They'd focused on one lesson for the duration of the year. How much studying did the woman expect them to do on one spell? Choosing instead to study for other classes, Corrine spent her time in what she believed to be a more wise manner. And as soon as she could, she left.
