Sitting next to her desk in wolf form she watched at the students approached their desks, after the mixed response from her previous lesson she decided that for their last lesson she would let them become accustomed to having a wolf around, many of the students would be continuing their studies in to their seventh year and need to get used to seeing strange creatures on the ground, Transfiguring into her human form she smiled at the class 'Today I would like everyone to be silent' she began knowing that some students might be slightly confused 'No speaking, we are going to be trying out some non-verbal magic today, now this is complex magic so take as long as you need, we shall be trying Avis or Orchidious' Kida drew her wand from her sleeve and non verbally summoned a bouquet of rainbow chrysanthemums and placed them on her desk.
'Focus on your thoughts pick a spell and begin, call on me if you need assistance' flicking her wand again she summoned small robin which flew around the room before landing on a students desk.

Deciding against transfiguring back into her wolf form so that the students could practice she leaned against her desk and observed her class, she tucked her wand back up her sleeve and went to assist who ever needed her.

[justify]Darcy walked into the last Transfiguration class of the year, wondering if they would be doing revision like most classes do. She walked in and saw a wolf sitting beside the professor's desk and only paused momentarily before continuing on into the classroom. She took a seat at her usual desk and watched as the professor transformed back into her human form. When she began the lesson, Darcy smiled a little. Doing non-verbal magic in Defense Against the Dark Arts had been slightly hard for her all year, but non-verbal magic worked well with transfiguration because a lot of it relied on imagery. She hoped that although this required thinking of the incantation in her mind, she would still be able to perform it. Darcy took out her wand and considered which spell to practice on, deciding on producing new flowers instead of birds. She concentrated hard on what type of flower she wanted to produce and settled on some white daisies. She thought about them for a moment before beginning to concentrate on the incantation of the spell, Orchidious, willing her wand to do the spell. When Darcy blinked and opened her eyes she saw a single white daisy on her desk right where she had been pointing her wand and smiled at it. She picked it up and twirled it in her fingers, so pure and white, and tried the spell a few more times just to get it right. Once she had a handful of daisies she knew she had gotten the hang of the spell quite well so she packed up her things and left.

[justify]Suddenly grateful he had decided to read up on the professor's advice, they seemed to be looking at doing some non-verbal conjuring. They would be doing the spells they had been doing in the last, at least, so there was that to go on. Hamish didn't generally like making too much noise, but he doubted that would significantly help his progress in this regard. DADA was hard, this wasn't his first exposure with non-verbal magic, at least, as well with Transfiguration focusing so much on sight, rather than spell - if he thought the wrong thing, saying it wouldn't really change much. He decided on conjuring some flowers, as whilst plants were living things, he made the assumption that it'd be easier to succeed with a non-moving thing, than the delicate movements of a bird.

He defaulted back to roses, finding the flower to be generic and easily remembered. He would require to imagine the flower, get the spell in his mind, and hope that he didn't create some monstrosity. By time he had a nice little bouquet going, he had a mild headache and certainly enough time thinking of flowers to conjure into his desk. His roses got progressively better, at least, and he left the classroom satisfied.
