The classroom was divided in half, as it would be for the rest of the school year. Desks were on one side, an open space with a sole table was on the other. NEWTs were closing in, and Professor Black wanted to make sure that her students were ready to go. She sat atop her desk, a stack of paper next to her on the wood. It would be an easy week for her, but not really for her students. She watched as they entered, waiting until they were all there before jumping down and addressing the class.

"Your NEWT exams are looming closer every day. From this week until the end of the term, we will be focusing on getting you ready to sit those exams. We are going to do a review worksheet every week, refreshing your brains on the theories and spells we have covered over the last seven years." She began to hand out the worksheet to the students. "Complete the sheets and turn them in before you go. If you wish to practice any of the spells in a practical format, you may do so over there." She motioned to the single table. "Please turn in the review before you would work on anything practical. Good luck!"

Moving back to her desk, she sat down on top and waited for anyone to need her.

C/O 2041. Ravenclaw Graduate. Dragonologist. Runologist. Adopted. Figuring out what's next.

Matthew made his down from the common room and over to the fifth floor for Transfiguration. The fun part of the subject was over, now they were heading into the final weeks over the season which meant they would be cramming in preparation for the NEWTs. Matthew had been so focused on just getting to the end of the semester so he could spend some time at home that he had forgotten he was steaming head first into a set of exams that would determine the rest of his life. Talk about no pressure. The Ravenclaw made his way into the classroom and took his seat. Professor Black had prepared them a review sheet that featured questions that was testing their knowledge from the last few years of the course, Matthew would have to dig deep to remember some of the answers. He took out his quill and a pot of ink and he got to work. When he was finished he handed the sheet to Professor Black and left the classroom.
