Hey everyone, We will be using this thread to highlight when areas open/close, events as they are happening, etc. outside of BWU time. So here's the first announcement: Semester two begins tomorrow! First and second years should automatically be enrolled in their courses. Third years and above, don't forget to sign up for your lessons!! If you used the time off to catch up on HNZ, here is a summary of what happened. Week Six Can you believe it, it's week six. Soon it will be study break and exams (other than the lucky ducks in fifth and seventh years who get the semester off, at least until the long necked turtle of next semester comes around to grab them). so it is time to swat down and catch up on all those classes that you have procrastinated to put your house first. We don't have as many things going on as the previous with sorting and all. Anyways. Quidditch We have an upcoming game between Slytherin v Ravenclaw, so we can only guess which one will win with two new seekers - one of which is not very liked by an alternate on their own team (you can guess who if you go to one of the practices, or a shoutout made in the HNZ Quotes topic). As is tradition, we hope that this fun challenge can offer a distraction to anything that might be going on in your life. :) The site staff is in search of some very dedicated bunny-hunters! Yes, you read that right. Usually, we ask you to hunt eggs, but the egg supply was a little challenging to deal with because...all of the bunnies got loose. :frantics: And we need your help finding them because we're afraid they'll completely take over if you don't. :p So we need some help. In May, we offered A Solution for Image Hosting Woes and it was exactly that: a solution. It meant we controlled access to uploads and another image host wouldn't fail us. It was quick and dirty and based loosely off a system which site staff have used for years for board-critical uploads. But there was a lot to dislike about it, too. No multi-uploads. No finding your files again if you didn't save the URL or to manage your uploads at all after the fact. It did the job but just that one job.
